Location Recording
We have many years experience in film and tv swinging a boom and sound recording. We have been from Outback Australia to the Icebergs of Antarctica.
Our most memorable experience was being in the Antarctic Ocean for 30 days on the anti-whaling ship The Sea Shepherd. We spent the month chasing the Japanese whalers, capturing footage of the volunteer crew doing what they could to stop the whalers slaughtering these amazing creatures that live in the icy waters. The documentary for the Animal Planet network has helped the world understand these illegal activities occuring in the remote Antarctic Ocean. Our lives were very much on the line with engine failure in massive storms, ship-on-ship battles with the Japanese and being under attack from flash bang grenades, which were exploding within 2 metres of us and knocking us to the deck. All this whilst loaded up with a boom pole and recording gear!

- Ambient 2.8m boom pole
- Two wireless lapels or hand held microphones (can be used as wireless camera link)
